THE ROAD TO COUNTRY INN
The Experience
Can you imagine having a week with nothing to do but hook rugs? You don’t have to cook, clean, or take care of anyone but yourself. You can focus on your rug hooking, and you are surrounded by a group of new and old friends. If you can imagine that, you can imagine a week at the Country Inn Rug School.

Classes
Each of our 4 classes per session have 13 students per class, ensuring that your teacher can provide attention to everyone.

Mini Classes
Each week we have 2 mini classes you can join. Past classes include a dye demonstration and new hooking techniques.

Country Inn School Store
Students and teachers can vend and shop all varieties of hooking materials and patterns at the Country Inn Rug School school store.

The Great American Rug Hooking Show
Exhibit your hooked pieces, and admire the work of fellow students each session, from Tuesday through Thursday.

Dorr Mill Store
Terry Dorr makes a trip with orders our teachers and students make prior to the start of the 1st session. Stock up, and save on postage!

Massage Therapy
Relax, reduce pain and muscle soreness by signing up for a neck and arm massage, available Tuesday through Thursday each session.

The Right Left Center Wool Game
The ever popular wool game is an annual tradition. The winner goes home with a pile of wool!

Chef Prepared Food and Live Entertainment
Meals are included in the room and board packages. Enjoy live entertainment a couple of nights on the patio after dinner!

Are special diets accommodated?
The chefs at the Woodbound Inn work hard to accommodate all diets. Please be sure to mark any special requests or accommodations on your registration form, so we can let the chefs know ahead of time.
Can I bring my spouse / friend?
You may have extra guests in your room or cabin if they pay for full room and board. In order for them to participate in, or audit classes they must be registered as a student and have paid the registration fee. If they are not reegistered, they wil not be allowed in the rug hooking room.
